Elston Montford, known as “The Mentor,” is the Founder and CEO of Elston Speaks Worldwide, LLC and creator of The Purpose, Power, and Presence of M.E.N. He is a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator dedicated to empowering men of all ages through Mentorship, Engagement, and Networking (M.E.N.).
With over two decades of experience, Elston has mentored teens, young adults, and professionals, delivering live and virtual workshops to youth groups, organizations, churches, and leadership teams. His transformational coachingfosters growth in personal development, leadership, and business success. As a father of two young adult sons, Elston understands the power of motivation, encouragement, and active listening—skills he shares to strengthen father-son relationships and inspire young men in the community. He also equips businesses with strategies for team building, client engagement, and revenue growth. Elston holds an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management (now DeVry University) and is a proud Atlanta native. |

As Founder & CEO of One Vision Productions, an award-winning media and branding agency, he serves small businesses, government agencies, and Fortune 100 corporations. Recognized as a “Top 5 CEO to Watch in 2024” (CIO Times), his company has been named “Best of Georgia” and one of Atlanta’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For since 2015. A Master Life Coach, Accredited Speaker (89th globally), and leadership expert, Tuff has been named among Georgia’s Most Powerful Leaders and Top 100 Transformational Leaders in the U.S. His keynotes and workshopshelp entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals excel in public speaking, business growth, and leadership.
